Product Overview

Our supplied HDPE geomembrane liner is an impervious homogenous sheet rolls manufactured by 97.5% HDPE resin and few amounts of “CARBOT” carbon black with antioxidants, anti‑aging agent, UV absorber, and other adjuvant. The processing way is advanced blown film geomembranes processing way.

For this processing way, due to the weight of the vertical column of film, the blown film process tends to introduce a degree of balanced orientation to the liner. Molecular orientation can improve the mechanical properties of the liner. So, the blow film method can generate a higher performance geomembrane than flat‑die manufactured liner.

Features

HDPE geomembrane liner is featured with quite low permeability (1×10‑17 cm/s), excellent chemical resistance, optimum strength and elongation behavior, and long service life for their applications, especially those ones without sunshine exposure.
