Product Introduction
HDPE smooth geomembrane is a low-permeability synthetic membrane liner with a smooth surface on both sides. It is used independently or in combination with other geosynthetic materials to control fluid and gas migration in environmental, civil, and hydraulic engineering projects.
The manufacturing process begins with premium HDPE polymer resin combined with specialized additives including carbon black, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, and UV absorbers. The resin-to-additive ratio is strictly controlled at 97.5:2.5 to ensure consistent performance and durability.

- The above are our standard sizes. Custom sizes are available upon request. The maximum width is 7.5m for 0.25mm or thinner geomembranes, and 8m for all other thicknesses. Available lengths include 100m, 105m, 140m, 210m, 400m, 800m, or custom lengths. To optimize container loading, widths of 5.7m or 5.8m can be produced for 20' container shipments.
- Black is the standard and most popular color for HDPE smooth geomembrane, offering the best UV resistance. Other colors are available upon request.
