HDPE Geomembrane Textured

Produced from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a textured surface on one or both sides, created via nitrogen gas injection during the blown-film extrusion process. The engineered surface texture enhances frictional contact with adjacent soil layers.

Specifications: Thickness 1.0mm-3.0mm · Width up to 7m · Compliant with GRI GM13 standard · Friction angle >= 26 deg

Applications: Steep-slope landfill liners, surface impoundments, canal linings, and tailings dams where slope stability is critical.

Key Advantage: The textured surface significantly increases friction coefficient, preventing liner slippage on inclined surfaces and enabling steeper slope designs.

HDPE Geomembrane Textured Introduction

Yingfan HDPE textured geomembranes are available with either single- or double-sided textured surface which exhibit superior shear strength and the high multi-axial performance. The textured surface processing is the only one that produces a textured material without significant reduction of any physical properties. The product allows project for greater slopes to be designed since frictional characteristics are enhanced. Compared with smooth HDPE geomembranes, they have better friction features.

The manufacturing of HDPE geomembrane textured contains approximately 97.5% polyethylene, 2.5% carbon black and trace amounts of anti-oxidants and heat stabilizers, no other additives, fillers or extenders are used. The textured surface is processed by spraying system.
