The hand extrusion welder melts raw thermoplastic material and extrudes molten plastic to form continuous welding profiles. Plastic is melted by screw mechanical friction plus barrel heating elements. Molten polymer flows through die outlet and solidifies upon cooling. It fits PP, PE, PVDF, EVA and other thermoplastics, delivers excellent welding performance especially for PP and PE materials.
