Integrated Solutions from Production, R&D, Construction to After-sales.

PET filament nonwoven geotextile plays an important role in civil engineering around the world thanks to its stable performance and excellent properties. We have provided this product for many years for our domestic and abroad clients. Nearly all of them give good feedback toward our products usage.
PET Filament Nonwoven Geotextile Introduction
PET filament non‑woven geotextiles are continuous sheets of non‑woven fibers. The sheets are flexible and permeable with fabric‑like appearance.
Made from 100% polyester (PET) continuous fiber without chemical additives. Produced by advanced equipment via spinning, lapping and needle‑punching procedures.
Main application purposes: separation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement and erosion control. Thanks to material and processing differences, it achieves better tensile strength, elongation and puncture‑resistance compared with PET short‑filament non‑woven geotextile.
1. Prevent intermixing of dissimilar soil layers.
2. Collect and transport fluids within its own thickness.
3. Permit fluid (mainly water) passage while blocking uncontrolled soil‑particle migration.
4. Resist stress and restrain deformation within soil structures.
5. Prevent or mitigate damage to adjacent surface or material layer.
Technical Sheet (National Standard GB/T 17639‑2008)
‑ Break tensile strength (MD,CD): 4.5‑50.0 kN/m
‑ Elongation at standard strength: 40‑80%
‑ CBR bursting strength: ≥0.8‑8.5 kN
‑ Tear strength (MD,CD): ≥0.14‑1.25 kN
‑ Equivalent opening size O90(O95): 0.05‑0.26 mm
‑ Vertical seepage coefficient: K×(10⁻¹‑10⁻³) cm/s, K=1.0‑9.9
‑ Thickness: ≥0.8‑6.8 mm
‑ Width deviation: ‑0.5%
‑ Unit‑area weight deviation: ‑5%
Notes:
1. If custom‑ordered break strength is lower than table value, elongation requirement shall not apply accordingly.
2. Items 8‑9 can be negotiated between buyer and seller.
‑ Separation & Stabilization: unpaved roads & work pads, paved roads & parking lots
‑ Subsurface drainage: French drains, blanket drains, pipe filter wraps
‑ Permanent erosion control: riprap, articulated concrete blocks, concrete‑geotextile composite
‑ Asphalt overlay: new or rehabilitated roads, parking lots
‑ Unbonded concrete interlayer: between pavement & PCC slab, between treated base & PCC slab
‑ And other related geotechnical scenarios
