Drainage Geocomposite Introduction

Drainage Geocomposite is available in both single‑sided and double‑sided types, with geonet core thickness ranging from 3mm to 10mm and attached geotextile fabric from 100gsm to 300gsm. The non‑woven geotextile is bonded to the geonet by hot‑knife lamination, achieving high bonding strength without reducing transmissivity compared with other processing methods.

Drainage geocomposite is an optimal choice for drainage projects requiring filtration to prevent silt and soil particles from blocking flow channels. The non‑woven geotextile features improved friction performance for reliable bonding with the geonet core. As a synthetic drainage medium, our geocomposite can replace 1‑3 feet of traditional aggregate drainage layers and perform drainage under diverse site loads and gradient conditions.

The geonet core has two structural types: biaxial structure and tri‑axial structure.

When laid directly on site, it serves as a dewatering base layer, enables more even concrete hydration and extends road service life. Installing composite drainage networks can also mitigate frost‑heave damage in cold‑climate regions.
